Dr. Dhiraj Sharma, DDS Dr. Sharma is a 1993 graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. For his Junior and Senior clinical year he achieved the deans list honor for outstanding clinical dentistry. He also received the Paul P Sherwood award for his achievement in the field of endodontics. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society in good standing. |

Dr. Mitrovic Dr. Mitrovic is a 1980 graduate of Dental School/Medical University in Russia. Upon completing specialty in Prosthodontics/Orthodontics in 1986, Dr. Mitrovic worked in the Department of Prosthodontics for six years. At the same time Dr. Mitrovic was lecturing at the College for Dental Technicians. Dr. Mitrovic relocated to the United States in1992. She graduated from UIC School of Dentistry and received her license to practice General Dentistry. Dr. Mitrovic has been practicing with our office since 1999. |

Dr. McCarron is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Dentistry where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2005. In dentistry, her focus lies in providing compassionate and comprehensive care with a special interest in cosmetic procedures. She has been awarded the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Associate Award. Additionally, she is an Invisalign certified provider. Her practice philosophy includes 3 components: education, communication and prevention. Educating and working with patients in a relaxed atmosphere to inform them on how to best preserve or improve their oral health and smile is her main goal. She has matriculated from the University of Michigan where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology graduating with honors in 1997. She has been living and working in Chicago for the past twelve years and is very excited to be working in the Lincoln Park neighborhood that she also calls home. Dr. McCarron enjoys spending time with family and friends, sports and international travel. Dr. McCarron is a member of the following dental communities: Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Academy of Women in Dentistry and the Academy of General Dentistry. |

 Dr. Alexis M. CincioneDr. Cincione is a native of Chicago and grew up in the Northwest suburbs. She completed her Bachelor of Science at University of Michigan and returned home to Chicago to attend dental school at University of Illinois Chicago. Dr. Cincione's focus is treating patients as a whole and she enjoys educating patients and working together with them on achieving the best possible outcome for their oral health needs. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. She lives in Chicago with her husband and enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines. |
